If your answer is yes, then read on... My advice today is that you begin to introduce the use of essential oils to your lifestyle. A tiny bottle of Lavender essential oil for example, can bring a lot of calm to your body, your mind and your home, especially if used at night before bedtime. Lavender oil is believed to have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to heal minor burns and bug bites. Research suggests that it may be useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness. These are some of the ways in which you can use Lavender essential oil. - Apply a few drops on your pillow - (helps aid better sleep) - Massage a few drops with the tip of your fingers into your temples, forehead and behind your ears - (helps alleviate headaches) -Massage a few drops under your feet - (helps with relaxation, calmness and sleep) - Diffuse a few drops in your Diffuser - (Aids relaxation and calmness) I personally use Lavender essential oil and I have found it to be of great benefit to me and everyone in my home. My children will reach for essential oils now before they think about reaching for pain relievers. I particularly love the comfort it gives in the area of helping with hormonal changes.
